First things first, I don't know where this should be posted so correct me if its in the wrong place.

I am wondering if it is possible to connect 1 monitor through my GPU (as it currently is) and adding a second monitor, however the second monitor that I got only has VGA input but my GPU does not support VGA but my motherboard running a 3200g does have VGA. Is there a way to connect the 2nd monitor using the onboard graphics as I will only using the 2nd monitor for discord and basic media consumption. I would just go out and buy an adapter but due to current situations it is impossible

I appreciate any help and/or suggestions :)

What you propose to do will only work if your motherboard's BIOS supports simultaneous use of both GPUs. (ie "iGPU + PEG" or some similar wording). If not supported, the iGPU is automatically disabled when you install another GPU.

As regards getting hold of an adapter, Amazon and other online retailers haven't stopped delivering. I've had three Amazon parcels delivered to me this week, and their vans are up and down our street most every day.
