i have two monitors i wanna use it but i dont pay the electriciyt bills.. and does it tax on my gpu a little harder? i just wanna play games while surfing web and stuff like that. i have i7 and 16gbs of ram and gtx 970 both 1080p monitors

It's very insignificant on the GPU in terms of electric COST.

Ignoring the monitor power, it's probably adding a few cents per month.

For example,
Let's say the GPU (added power for extra monitor) + extra 1080p monitor came to 50W more.

50W x20h = 1KWh,
if 15c/KWh then at 20 hours usage in a week you add 15 cents or maybe about $7 per year.

i meant will it be taxing on the gpu itself. will my gpu be running hotter/louder/harder just to keep up with 2 screens.
