Dual Monitor won't detect

I'm using an acer GN246HL and Samsung SyncMaster701N and i plugged the samsung VGA into my mobo and my acer into my gtx 1060 3gb and i cant detect the samsung monitor. help plz

Do you have something like Dual gpu enabled in the bios?
Sometimes the motherbd GPU is turned off when you install a GPU.
