Monitors can work if only one is connected, but not simultaneously.

I built a work PC with Asus TUF B500M-plus and AMD Ryzen 5600G, with no GPU. This AMD CPU has integrated graphics. Mobo has 1x HDMI and 1xDisplayPort. Samsung Monitors (same) have 1xVGA and 1xHDMI port. Using a DP->VGA adaptor for one of the monitors and HDMI-HDMI for the other one. IGPU dual monitor enabled in BIOS.
When I connect both monitors, only DP->VGA monitor works, and the HDMI-HDMI one receives no signal. When I unplug DP->VGA monitor, the HDMI-HDMI one still has no signal but will work if I restart my PC. So it seems the DP->VGA is prioritized and overrides the HDMI port.

Should I replace one monitor with a Dell monitor that has DP instead of VGA? Or there is still some hope?
Thanks!

Did you enable dual-monitors in Windows (not just BIOS)?
Do both displays appear on the Display Settings main screen? If so, scroll down to Multiple Displays and make sure it's enabled.

Windows 10 display setting is greyed out on display mode as the system can't detect another device... My guess it's not a windows setting but rather Mobo issue
