Dual monitors but different syncing

If I want dual monitors (for my son’s school work- lol) But have an asus free sync and a dell gsync (both 144hz/1msrt)- will that effect performance with nvidea graphics card? I know one monitor is primary but just wondering if it will impede anything when homewok is done and the gaming begiins.
