Question Dual monitors but one is darker

Hello,

I just purchased a 2nd monitor. It is the exact same model as my 1st monitor which I purchased in 2016. Both are connected using the exact same display port cable in my gtx1070 video card. However the new monitor is a little darker than the old one, both have the exact same monitor settings and I even made sure both had the same colour profiles. Yet for some reason the newer one seems to be a little duller/darker than the older one. The model is LG 27UD58-B. How can I resolve this issue? As a photographer I need my displays to match.

Unfortunately, if you don't buy monitors at the same time (really if they weren't manufactured at the same time in the same factory). There may be differences in the components used to make the monitors. I'd suggest playing with the monitors OSD controls to match them as closely as possible.
