dual monitors can haz = dual audio channels? win10

so my initial internet probing has brought mostly 4+ year old threads from this and other forums. simply put, is there a way to run 2 monitors each with their own channel of audio? maybe one using hdmi for its audio transfer? the other using the speakers?

The way that windows handles audio hasn't changed since vista. Windows itself won't let you output to multiple devices, however, software can have the option to select output device. Every good voice chat and video player has the option to select device.
