[SOLVED] Dual Monitors / Dual Graphic Cards -- not connecting second

I have 2 monitors..I have 2 cards ... 1 is AMD Radeon RX VEGA 11 Graphics....the other is the upgraded one i had put in when i special ordered the tower .. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super. I ordered my Tower from xoticpc.com and had it customized. Everything works until I try to attach my other monitor...i upgraded to the 1660 but in display properties its has BOTH cards .. i deactivate AMD and i have nothing....i have a few ports on the back but not sure which ones are which? HDMI, DP, and C ... my upgraded graphics card i am guessing isnt those ports ... i have been searching and searching..i sent a message to Xotic and I havent heard anything...do i need to buy an HDMI port hub?
