Dual Monitors - Not working together

I have two lenovo monitors running on Windows 10 ThinkPad T460s with docking station. One is DVI connection + the other HDMI. When both plugged, only the HDMI one works. The other goes into "Power Saving Mode" and shuts off. If I turn off the main monitor, the other turns on, and works.They work one at time, but not at the same time. I want both to work as I don't use my laptop monitor. What is going on?

I have tried updating drivers. Extend to desktop doesn't work. Intel graphics settings doesn't detect the second monitor.

have you tried connecting the displays directly to the T460?
This could be a limitation of the docking station. Does it have more then 1 video connection back to the laptop?
