Dual Monitors Problem

I have 2 monitors an Dell and an Acer, both have only a VGA connectors.

On my GPU, GT710. I have a VGA and a DVI-D (24+1 pins) connector.

How do I make my setup have two monitors display? Do I need some sort of converter or anything?

Intel Core 2, 8GB RAM. DDR3. That's all I know about it, it's an old gig from 2011 or something. I just installed new ram and gpu onto it.

Lol. I wouldn't call the gpu new, but anywho, plug one vga cable into gpu and the other into motherboard.

If you don't get second display, then right click desktop and go to display settings and enable the second desktop.

Have tried that already, doesn't show anything. Also have tried working on with the settings. I have a windows 8 so if you have any specific method.

well the first issue is that you are using Windows 8.

But I digress, you might need to enable iGPU/iGFX (basicallly the integrated graphics) in the BIOS.
Then you can use both the integrated (motherboard VGA) and GPU.

I have not tried that, do you have a video of any sort I could reference in order to do that? I have no experience with BIOS

Not hard. Go into bios then go to the advanced settings. You'll see it. It's location in the bios varies drastically with different motherboards and the bios used.

Nevermind and yes, I did that earlier today and the monitors are working perfectly now. Thanks alot, I wanted to do this for days
