Question Dual monitors problem ?

When im plugging second monitor both monitor turns black after 15 sec (no signal mode) and when im restarting the pc, the gpu is off. Also im using vga to hdmi cable for second monitor. my pc has only 2 port for monitors. How can i fix that?

PC SPECS:

GPU: RX 580 8GB Nitro++
CPU:I5 9400F
MOTHER: Asus H310M-k r2.0
