Question Dual monitors --- signal loss on one of them ?

Hi guys.
I was able to get my dual monitor setup running on a rx580 last night (1440p via DisplayPort + 1080p ultrawide via HDMI)and I could get 165hz on the 1440p monitor on displayport version 1.4. But this morning my second monitor(the ultrawide) just loses signal whenever I switch to DP version 1.4 on the main screen, but works fine on DP version 1.2 (or 1.1). Seems very odd to me especially because it was working fine last night.

I have tested different cables on different ports and GPU driver is up to date

Any ideas ?

Dp cable is the one that came with the monitor I believe it should be 1.4 . The thing is that it runs no problem on its own, but when it’s on 1.4 the second monitor loses signal and goes to sleep mode. Windows can still technically ‘see’ the second monitor but says it’s inactive.
