[SOLVED] Dual Monitors turn off one for speed

I have a RTX 2080. I am using it in a 1080p monitor. I am thinking about adding a second 1080p monitor for when I am working.

I am also into gaming. What I was wondering is if I disable the second monitor through Windows will it drive the primary monitor at full speed?

The primary monitor isn't going to slow down just because you have other monitors. Performance is also not going to change as long as nothing strenuous is open on the other monitor.
