Dual monitors, when switching app closes

Hello i just got dual monitors, a problem i have been having if when im on my main monitor for example playing a game when i click on my second monitor to use it my game will close back on my first monitor, this is not just with games but with everything is this normal or is there a fix?

Yea, some game do not go well with dual monitor. It really depend on the game. Starcraft 2 has the option to lock the mouse in the main monitor while playing. Older game, when dual monitor was not a thing were really bad with that.

NO thats not my problem , for example im playing cs go, i die so i wanna hop on tomshardware to browse on my second monitor but i still wanna see the game on my first monitor, when i go over to use my second monitor the game on my first monitor closes and takes me to the my windows wallpaper / screen

oh! You need to run the game in Windowed mode. That will depend on the game again has if I remember correctly, it has something to do with the directx wrapper. Go into the game setting and look for borderless windowed mode
