Dual Monitors with i5-3450 and Ati Radeon 7570

Hello, I'm trying to create a dual monitor set-up with one monitor connected to the dvi port from the Ati Radeon 7570 and another through VGA into the integrated graphics that's built into the motherboard. Unfortunately my computer (Dell Xps 8500) isn't allowing me to do this. Is there anyway to get the dual monitor setup up and working? I'm new to this so sorry if I sound completely stupid thanks for the help!

Hook them both into the video card. May need a couple of adapters to switch the signals.
