Dual p4 xeon 2.2 help with water cooling

i am building a dual p4 xeon 2.2 ghz and i am wondering about using water cooling, will fans be a bit too loud? i can stand sound over 25 dbs so which should i use

also where can i find i good koolance case for really good price?

Unless you go to extreme measures, your system will be over 40dBA most likely. The Koolance case is no better. It ranges from 45-50dBA.
