[SOLVED] Dual PC Stream setup (1 desktop, 1 laptop)

Here are the specs to my gaming rig:
i5 9600K, 32 GB 3000 mhz ram, Red Devil 5700XT, 1.25 TB of SSD storage

Would I be able to stream to a capture card (USB) into a laptop?
Laptop: Lenovo Flex 5
i7 8550u, 16gb ram, 1.5 tb os ssd/hdd storage, Nvidia mx130

Just wanting to take some stress off of my gaming PC and utilize this laptop.

My internet is about 450~ MBPS down, 25~ MBPS up

Would my laptop be able to do something like this? I am very green/new to streaming, looking for some help here.

The CPU isn't super powerful on the laptop, but if all it's doing is encoding and nothing else it should be fine.

Yeah, I believe thats all it would be doing. I won't be gaming on it or anything. Would I be able to record from that as well?
Again, sorry for the green-ness here. Newbie.

You can record while you stream yes. But make sure you record at a higher quality than your stream.
