Question Dual Screen Ports Issue

I'm trying to set up 2 screens and I have my main screen using the HDMI port on my graphics card (Has always worked) and the second one VGA off my motherboard(New One) but it comes up as no signal so im wondering if its possible my motherboard isn't working (Is still giving power to the usb's plugged in it) or maybe there are settings I'm missing.

what the motherboard model? could be a settings, or could be don't support dedicated gpu with igpu.

You need to change that settings in your BIOS
