Dual Screen Question

Hello everyone.

I currently have a standard LCD monitor, which isn't widescreen. I am looking at purchasing a new widescreen monitor, and was thinking about Dual Screen. Basically, will Dual Screening work using one widescreen monitor, and one non-widescreen monitor? Also will a recieve a decent quality display when doing this?

Yep I have enough ports on my Graphics Card, thank you for your help
