Dual slot card

i'm not sure if a dual slot card will fit because of this heat sink below my PCI x16 slot. Is there anything i can do. The fan part of the card hangs below the PCI slot right? If it does, there is no way a dual slot card is going to fit.
 
Solution
If you are talking about the CPU HSF or a fan mounted on top of the silvery heatsink next to the CPU socket, the GPU HSF is going to be on the opposite side of the GPU PCB (away from the CPU/chipset heatsinks), on top of the first PCIe x1 expansion slot regardless of how your motherboard is mounted in your PC case. Don't worry about those unless you buy a very non-conventional GPU that has large heatsinks on both sides. Standard GPUs only have GPUs on the "bottom" away from the CPU and as I said, this will be away from the CPU regardless of how your motherboard is mounted.

If you wanted to plug the GPU with the heatsink facing the CPU area, you would need to plug the card backward into the slot. This means the IO bracket facing into...

Doesn't look like there should be any clearance issues since the motherboard's heatsinks are low-profile.

The GPU's HSF will cover the first PCIe x1 slot and (maybe) the small heatsink below the x16 slot but should not touch it.
 
The picture isnt how my mobo looks when i open the case up. its upside down in that picture so the fan part should be above that slot because i open my side panel from the right side and my mobo is on the left side of my case.
 
It doesn't matter if your case is upside-down or any other orientation. The GPU still goes into the x16 slots with the IO bracket lined up with the back of the PC and that means the GPU's HSF will be faced toward the other expansion slots "below" as in away from the CPU area.

This means the IO bracket facing into the computer case with the rest of the GPU sticking outside the case. This is physically impossible without sawing an opening into your rear IO area to let the GPU through or sawing your GPU so it doesn't stick out, breaking the PCIe slot key notch or cutting a notch into the GPU's edge connector and ramming the IO plate through your motherboard or cutting/removing it.
