Dual SSD laptop

Hello,
I plan on installing 2 SSD's in my laptop. links below.

I only have 1 2.5" slot and 1 mini-pcie slot this is why I have decided on this setup.
I picked these 2 SSD's because of the reviews I have found and I have used the brands before and had no problem with them.
My question is should I use the OCZ for my boot drive or the kingston? Going to be running Windows 7 home premium.
Also if anyone can find better SSD's in the same price range please tell me.

SATA III will be faster (even on a SATA II interface, though not by much in that case) so in that respect it might be better to use the Kingston for the OS/programs and the OCZ for storage. Boot times and loading programs will get the biggest boost from the faster drive so it's generally the best decision to put the OS on the fastest drive that you have.

On the other hand, one of the nice things about having multiple hard drives is that you can store system files on one drive and other files on the other which means that you can reformat any time you'd like without losing any data. In the case that you have a lot of programs but not many files then using the Kingston for the OS/programs and the OCZ for storage is still best. However if you don't use many files but need to store a lot of programs, then it might be better for you to use the smaller drive for the OS and the larger drive for files. I would consider storage needs before performance needs. You won't notice much of a difference in performance with either configuration.

The Crucial M4 is my recommendation for a 2.5" SSD. It's the best balance of performance, speed, and reliability right now, I think. And it's cheaper than the Kingston that you picked. I will say I don't know much about the Samsung 830 series yet but I've heard that could be a better choice.

If you decide on the 830 try to find one that doesn't have the "Desktop Upgrade Kit" to save yourself some money. Samsung might not sell them but if they do then that would be better.
