Ok so after some thinking I decided I really don't need such a monster of a case just for a media system and a gaming system. So, i went back to my origional idea of using the AZZA Fusion 4000 instead. I realy like this case and the design of it, the only thing I really need help with is deciding which KVM to use. I was looking at the IOGEAR GCS1782G. It seems to be perfect for my needs and has everything I want and nothing i don't. I don't know tons about KVM switches though, so can anyone tell me if this will work for me? i just need to hook up my monitor, speakers, keyboard and mouse to it so I can use them all on both systems.

So these are the parts i plan on using for both systems. I may lower the components for the media system to Sandy bridge possibly since it would save me money and the top system doesn't need to be incredibly fast. Also the best single slot card that was really low profile (I don't know how much room is left in the top for a bigger fan so I went with super slim), however if you have another suggestion for a better card feel free to suggest it. It is only for MD movies I just don't want to run them off the integrated graphics so I went with a LP card.

So thoughts, suggestions and opinions?

Almost forgot, budget is about $3200-$3300 and with the KVM it comes out to just over $3200.

Updated the OP. Really didn't need and don't have tons of room for something as big as the TX10-D plus it'd cost around $1000 for the case alone. So I went with a smaller case but still something pretty good IMO.
