Dual USB Recharging Faster?

I have 2 camera batteries (1100mAh) that charge via USB to my PC. Is charging them both via the same USB cable any faster than doing them 1 at a time?

Not really. If you plug them in both they charge half as slow but take twice as long. Single would be full speed but half as long but times 2.

Now if you needed a good full battery vs two half charged batteries at times then one at a time would be better.
