Question Dual Water Cooling tower

Im building a new computer and i wanna use a mid ATX tower. Issue is I have both a GPU and CPU closed loop water cooler. The GPU uses a built-in 120mm and the CPU uses a 240. Im worried that the extra fans on the top sides will be extended too far out to set them.
