Dual win7 x64 boot - how, if possible?

I'm trying to install a second OS on a separate HDD so that I have two HDDs each with its own OS (Win 7 64x.)
I simply want to boot into one drive for everyday use and boot into the other strictly for video/photo/audio editing.

How do I do this?

just go ahead with the install but don't reformat!when you go to boot after the new install you will be given a choice when you boot it the first time!
