hey guys i m gonna buy one of those R9 280 cards and dual-x one is like 41 dollars cheaper than MSI one right now in my country. I heard better things about MSI r9 280 i should go with MSI or Sapphire one? I be happy if u help me choose plz.

dual-x base = 850
dual-x oc = 940

msi base = 933
msi oc = 1000

You would only gain 1 extra fps with that overlock to 1000. And it's not like the Dual -X can be overclocked to 1000 Mhz either. Not worth paying another 41 dollars.

msi has a custom pcb and has better chokes and vrm giving it a longer life and stable power if planned to overclock... it also has a better and silent cooler.....

also it costs the same..

Not really. 'More reliable'? based on what. Noise is subjective.
So you rather pay $41 for a "minor improvements" than saving it for other things.

one thing i have learned abt buying gpus is that cheaping out is never a good idea... minor improvements is always better than no improvements....
