Question Dual Xeon Build for Video Editing/Rendering?

Hi All,

Not sure is this is the thread to ask, but does anyone have any advice about builds for video work using older Xeon cpus? There's a lot of cheap dual xeon server/workstation machines in my area and I was thinking of making a rig for video rendering and/or editing. I don't know much about Xeon processors and whether they would be worth investigating for this.

One example: An old Proliant ML350e w/ dual Xeon E5-2407s 24GB ram for 40$
Apps: Premiere and DaVinci Resolve for editing, transdcoding with Handbrake

There a lot tech in my area and when a call center or some startup shuts down they flood the space with workstations
