I have a couple Xeon E5540's sitting around and want to use them for a plex server. After a fair bit of research and just googling around I have found I am fairly lost on how I should be choosing a motherboard and psu. Any advice on a motherboard and psu for this build would be greatly appreciated.
Previously I had been looking at the Supermicro X8DTT-F but I am not really sure what power supply to use if I go for that one.
All I am really looking for is a recommendation for a different motherboard and psu, or what psu to get for the X8DTT-F.
