Dualboot Windows, make the bootdrive unreadable to the other?

Hi!
I have windows 10 installed on two different drives. There is an additional sharing drive 'in the middle'.

drive1 - windows 10 home
drive2 - sharing between home and work
drive3 - windows 10 work

It works all fine and dandy just finished installing all the drivers. I'd like to have the home boot be unable to read or write to the work boot and vice versa. Is there a possibly easier solution than using encryption like bitlocker?

edit1: then and than i have to lean this haha

Thanks for all suggestions!

You may have not understood or read my post.

I have two boot drives and want them NOT to be able to access each other. Since boot drives are NTFS, they are naturally read and writable to the other drives. I don't want this not even with admin rights.
