So my PC doesn't have built in bluetooth and I've heard the V2 dualshock is a little bit weird with some bluetooth dongles.

I know once the controller is at 100% battery it will stop charging but... since it will always be connected for PC gaming (obviously I will unplug after I'm done playing) will it drop to 99% occasionally then back to 100% over and over and over? Or will it always stay at 100%?

You might say "if you don't have bluetooth, the battery won't matter much to you". Well yes you're right but I might want to go bluetooth later. And if I ever do, the battery might be a mess.

Solution
Having any device constantly plugged in and not have the battery drain/discharge and then recharge it in a normal manner is detrimental for the device in question. You'll see the same thing with laptop's that are always plugged in.

Follow this guide for details on the dongle.
