Dualshock4 Not working on Windows 10

So, i've been using dualshock4 on my pc for a bit, and it's been great.. until today. All of a sudden it just stopped working even with ds4. I think the problem is that windows doesn't recognize it as a usb device, it just doesn't show up. When i plug it into a usb port a yellowy light flashes on the controller and then it turns off. Any suggestions on what i should do?

Above answer does not answer the question.

What fixed it for me.

Start menu -> Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth & other devices
Under "Other devices" look for the controller that you have plugged in. Click on it and select remove device. Then unlug and replug the controller back in and it will reinstall the right driver.

Hopefull that works for anyone else who ends up here
