Question Ducky 1 2 mini lights on but nobody's home

Hi,

My Ducky 1 2 mini's is not giving any input when typing, lights on.
- Already tried factory reset, plugging/unplugging

• Respective driver is NOT showing nor automatically installs after plugging
• Unable to execute the updated driver on duckys website as it requires me to press D (not detected when pressed) on my Ducky to proceed.

also, the commands on the keyboard like changing LED colors are working correctly.
