Ducky firmware updater

Keyboard is a Ducky DK2108S. A week ago, the keyboard stopped working. Only thing it does, is flashing caps, scroll lock and num lock. Already contacted Ducky support. They told me the keyboard need a firmware update. Downloaded the firmware. Instructions says I need a firmware updater(USB_FD). Can't find it on their website and support is not willing to give it to me. Anyone here that has the firmware updater?

Sure of it. Downloaded the firmware but no firmware updater included.

was in the zip file look at the PDF file there.The software link is there too.

New problem: flashed it with the wrong firmware. KB competlely death now.

What update?
KB doesn't do anything anymore and WIN10 doesn't find it anymore.

Was hoping the updater might recognoze it,but if not is that what it is.
