He guys,

So this is the third keyboard i buy from my local retailer.
Now the first 2 had an A or E key that was just easier too press than the other ones.
You could feel that there was less actuation force needed.

Now i got the third one and i've put on custom keycaps and guess what.

The CTRL key is easier to press than other keys.
In other words it requires less actuation force than the other keys.

hmm i'm kind of bothered by it since i might have a tad of OCD but really should i just RMA this one as well?
I don't want to get in trouble with the store, (i've heard some people have)

Should i just keep it or , solder on a new switch or is there some magic fix?

I don't know anymore .

Looking for your advise,

Greetings

It happens, not all switches are built exactly the same. You would need to swap the switch out.

But how often do you actually use that key? Seems a lot of extra work for a small issue.

you're right it is a lot of work for a small issue.
I guess for CTRL A / V / C like we all do.
and in some video games.

it's just that when you buy a keyboard for 140 bucks you want it to be perfect right?
But thanks you gave me something to think about.
