Question Ducky One 2 mini (DKON1861ST) doesn't working

Hi. My Ducky One 2 mini is not working. The lights are on, but if I want to type something it doesn't react. I wanted to install the firmware update, but it says "Hold both D and L keys then plug in the keyboard", I was holding both D and L keys and nothing happend, I couldn't even start the firmware update. I tried everything, checked that the cabel is plugged in properly, tried every button combination, etc. If anyone knows what to do in this situation, please write to me.
