Question Ducky one 2 Mini RGB Issue

Hi.

My Ducky One 2 Mini RGB keyboard (DKON2061ST) has been acting up lately. The "W" key lags / has input delay of about a second frequently. I've tried removing it and cleaning that area but I have yet to see any improvements. I've also tried updating the firmware and that hasn't done anything to my notice. It's just that specific key for some reason.
I'd appreciate any form of help.

Contact their support, could be an issue with that switch.
