Ducky Shine 4 Keyboard Acting Funny

My mechanical keyboard is pressing G every time I press the enter key, and presses 5 when I press the backspace key. I've tried changing the keyboard layout, I've tried changing ports, and I used the keyboard on a different computer and still got the same results. Is my keyboard dead? :[

To rule out the keyboard as faulty, might want to break out a cheap keyboard from another system and test it out. On another note, have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date while your USB/chipset drivers are equally concurrent? You might also need to pass on your full system's specs and your OS inc case the OS has been playing around with drivers(Windows 10 likes to download drivers it thinks is right for our system).

I checked all of that and I reinstalled my drivers. I think it may just be the keyboard... It's a sad day when you have to buy another one...
