Hi, as the title says i think i'm due an upgrade, but i'm not sure on a few things.

Current system
CPU - I5 3550
GPU - GTX560ti
RAM - 8GB Corsair Vengeance(1600mhz i think)
MOBO - Asrock H77M
PSU - Corsair cx600w
SSDs - 1 x Crucial 256gb and 1 x Crucial 64gb.

I was thinking on just upgrading the GPU to a GTX1050ti or a 1060, my only concern being is the CPU going to bottleneck the newer GPU? do i need to upgrade my PSU? any advice is appreciated.

I doubt your CPU will bottleneck a GTX 1050Ti or GTX 1060, that would be the best upgrade for you at the current time. It may cause bottlenecks in some games, but every CPU does at some point, and there will be little to no difference. People are still rocking on their i5-2500K's, although overclocked, still runs games perfectly fine.

Your PSU would be enough for the GPU's, although that PSU is a low quality one and is not recommended for higher loads, if you've had it for a few years you can look at it like this: It is either working perfectly fine and can last much longer, or is getting close to its 'End of life' date, if you know what I mean. I believe that your PSU should have the protection against overvoltage, overtemp etc, but a...
