Due I need to change the Bios for i3 4130 to i7 4790

Solution
Maybe. Depends on the board and what update it currently has. Memphis is a city not a motherboard. The model of your motherboard should be written on it somewhere, or download CPU-Z and look at the motherboard tab.

4790 is a haswell refresh, they did require a bios update if the board came out before with the original haswell.

Find your motherboard maker and model number to find the right bios. Update the bios with the old chip or it may not even boot with the new chip if the motherboard was never updated to run haswell refresh chips.
