Yes the asrock x370 pro4 supports 2 gpus. However if you want to use 2 Nvidia GPUs it does not support SLI, but it will support 2 AMD gpus in crossfire. What GPUs do you want to use and what are you trying to achieve?

Im trying to create a duel car system for my future gaming rig so I guess gaming that's what I would be using it for ,😀 (I have owned 3 different pc so I know what I'm doing)
