Duel Monitor Causing Laptop choppiness

I just got duel monitors for Christmas and when I set them up to my laptop which is a Lenovo 510p gaming laptop and it makes CSGO choppy enough to where I notice and playing ark even on low is taking me to 5fps help please

Once the latest driver has been installed reboot your laptop and make sure to set your games to run using the NVIDIA processor.
