Duel Monitors

hi,

my housmate has recently given me his old graphics card to upgrade mine.

on the back of the graphics card i have been given there are three different outputs

vga

hdmi

dvi-i

can I use two of these outputs to run duel monitors

any knowledge on the subject would be appreciated

Just to be sure can you tell us what gpu you have?

what are the ports on your monitors?

it's a median graphics card, can't seem to find the serial number

one monitor has vga and dvi, the other just has a vga

most gpu support 3 monitors, and the older ones should be able to support 2

just connect vga to vga and dvi-i to dvi and set up dual monitors in the settings. which OS, Mac, XP, Vista, 7, or 8?
