what is the 4 pin connector on the far left bottom? Does that mean it can be 20+4?

The small four pin connector is used to power the CPU - there's a power cable on the PSU for this, which is separate from the motherboard's 20+4 pin connector. Note that the motherboard's 20+4 pin power connector is quite close together and you wouldn't be able to separate and use it in the 4 pin CPU socket.
