Dummy OC - Asetek LCLC

I am new to the OC world. Currently, I am running the Core i7 920 with the Asetek LCLC liquid cooling. My idle temps are around 38-40C. If I click the Dummy OC option and change my memory settings to 2:8 the vcore goes to 1.32. All other settings are auto adjust. When I run Prime95 all tests pass, but after 1 hour the temps hit almost 100C. The jump is almos 60C. What am I doing wrong here? I thought with the LCLC I should have no problem at all. My thermal display temp sees the CPU at 35C during this load. I am assuming it is either wrong or reading the motherboard temp.

Any help would be great.
