[SOLVED] Dummy USB port on top of my PC case?

My PC case TT Versa n26 has 1 x USB 3.0 and 2 x 2.0 USB ports, and...a dummy USB 3.0 port!
As you can see in the attached pic
Can I use this empty slot? If yes which components to get?
