Dumping physical memory stuck at 70 after bsod

Dumping physical memory stuck at 70 after bsod? I was trying to test out if I could record webcam. Play dead space 2 at the same time... Worked for a bit then randomly froze up and blue screened. Now I'm stuck on dumping physical memory to disk 70. Fans are still going and my webcam says it's still on lol. Idk what to do to get out of this. I don't think specs matter for this issue but. Gtx 555. I7-2600k. 8gb RAM. Would love to know how to get out of this blue screen please.
