Dungeon Siege: LOA Importing of Characters

I just finished DS and have been told that there is a place in LOA
that will let me import my characters. I have look and relooked and
reinstalled the software and I can not find anwywhere where it lets me
import my DS characters. I am using version 1.11.

Exact screen please?

I forgot to mention ... I had been told that you can import characters
in a single player game. That is what I am trying to do.
