Recently re-installed W7 64 Pro after one of my Hard Drives popped.
I've been getting BSOD frequently enough to be concerned as it nver happened before.
Usually a message about 'drv irq not less or equal'.

Intel Core 2 Duo
Asus P5WDeluxe
DVD Drive
4 Gb Ram
HD5700 GFX
Keyboard
G500 mouse
External HD (dis-connected)

Looking in Device Manager, things are a bit confusing:-

Human Interface Devices:
- HID compliant control device
- HID compliant control device
- HID compliant device
- HID compliant device
- HID compliant device
- HID compliant device
- USB Input Device
- USB Input Device
- USB Input Device
- USB Input Device
Keyboard:
- HID Keyboard Device
- HID Keyboard Device
Mice:
- Logitech G500 (only one - which is fine)

(Jeez - wish I knew how to attach an image!!)

I've disconnected all USB devices except Kb and Mouse. Even tried uninstalling all the HID devices in device manager and rebooting. Still get the duplicates.

Also a bit concerned about my ATA controllers. I have two SATA drives on different SATA ports.

IDE ATA Controllers:
- ATA Channel 0
- ATA Channel 0
- ATA Channel 1
- ATA Channel 1
- Intel Ultra ATA storage controller - 27df (guessing DVD drive)
- Intel Serial ATA ... storage controller - 27C0
2 ATA Channel 0 and 2 ATA Channel 1

All devices say they are working properly.

Seems a bit strange that all this should happen with a completly fresh install on formatted drive.

Tbh though. Perhaps I have a faulty MB - which may explain why one of my drives went pop in the first place...

Any ideas?
