Duplicate Entry in Bootloader

I just made a fresh install of Windows Xp MSE & i dont know how
but the bootloader shows two entry during startup!

This is what is there in my BOOT.ini :-

[Boot Loader]
Timeout=30
Default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS /usepmtimer
[Operating Systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect /usepmtimer

There are two entry in Bootloader

-Windows [Default] (This Doesn't)
-Microsoft Windows (This works)

So, now the 1st entry is duplicate & i want to remove it or if any possibility of making the second
entry i.e "Microsoft Windows" default?

you did not erase and format the prevous install of xp best way reformat and complete reinstall .

I did formatted the previous winXp & i also mentioned that i made a fresh install

Yes i did with NTFS

that the only way i know for this did you try with the windods repair to see if it will solve it .
