Duplicate Files from Graphics Drivers

Hi everyone.
I just ran the CCleaner duplicate finder and came across a number of files associated with older AMD driver versions and some other things.

Is it safe to delete the files associated with older driver versions?

Oh, I also use display driver uninstaller when installing a new video driver
